Instructions for Poster Preparation

To ensure that your poster is properly displayed, please read the instructions below carefully. Bioceramics 35 accepts posters only in English

GENERAL INFORMATION
All authors must register at the EVENT SECRETARIAT upon their first arrival at the Congress to receive their identification badge and other official materials.

POSTER PRESENTATION AREA
Poster presentations will take place in the Poster Room. Each display panel will have an identification number corresponding to the paper. The identification number of each work will serve as its reference. The presenter must remain at their poster for approximately one and a half hours on the date and time indicated.
Authors must display their posters strictly on the correct panel.
In the presenter’s restricted area, there will be a presentation confirmation letter including information about the schedule for mounting and removing posters.

POSTER PREPARATION
Authors should prepare their posters according to the following criteria:
SIZE: Poster dimensions must not exceed 80 cm in width by 120 cm in height. Larger posters may exceed the display panel area; therefore, authors must comply with these specifications.
LETTERING: Font sizes must allow easy reading from a distance of two meters. Use both UPPERCASE and lowercase letters for the general content, as using only uppercase letters may hinder readability. Avoid mixing different font types and styles within the same text.
